These pedestals are made in house, can be special ordered by color, and we can match your Royal 169 SS perfectly!.  We offer both flake and solid gelcoat finishes and have a verity of colors to choose from (custom colors other than white take longer).  Each pedestal comes pre-drilled ready to mount.  The door on the front of the pedestal is made from "star-board" with an aluminum hinge and is weather tolerant.  The door has a plastic T&H slam latch for one handed operation.  The base of the pedestal is 18  5/8" X 31" and the height without the swivel is 12.5".  This unit comes with hardware to mount the pedestal to the floor. 

The bait well section includes a drop in bucket with handle, an interior straining bucket with handle and a lid.  Don't want the drain bucket?  Take it out and use as a minnow bucket or small live well.  There have been reports of using it for a "beverage" ice bucket, but that is up to you.  This is a great setup to be able to pull out the bucket, get your minnows and then drop the whole unit into the pedestal.  If you like cricket fishing, a large round cricket cage will easily drop into the bucket.  Other units such as insulated ubits should drop in too.  These units can be purchased at most Wal-M*** stores.

 

The air pump is NOT a cheap D cell battery unit.  This unit is made to keep the minnows alive!  It is actually designed for live wells to keep fish alive.  It pumps out massive amounts of air, and can even be teed off from to drop another line in your live well.  This pump has 2 outlets, so you can run two bait well pedestals from one pump.  All this from a 12V pump.  Get one pedestal with pump and one without, and I will send you air line, stone, and drill the second pedestal for the second stone at no charge.  This will have to be wired into your system, OR add a 12 V plug to it, and use your 12V outlet.  Another option is there is plenty of room in the pedestal for a lawnmower or motorcycle battery.  The pump is mounted under the top of the unit to keep it out of the weather.  The switch in the Royal model is mounted inside the door of the unit, but can be shipped loose to put where you want it.

 

 

 

Floors in the pedestal, non locking swivels, mounting hardware, and locking swivels are available options.  We do have other pedestal styles also.
